  • 450g shrimp
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Cooks Cabin Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Peel and devein the shrimp.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to oven safe skillet, stir and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and toss it in the sauce. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes Preheat oven to 200°C Bake shrimp for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately and drizzle with additional Cook’s Cabin sauce as needed

Note: the level of spice will depend on the flavour of Cooks Cabin sauce used.
